Personnel of the welness center
Swimming pool area too small when there are many clients during the WE. Personnel of the restaurant was not able to manage the huge number of clients for breakfast. Quality of the food no so good as for our first stay.

Convenient location to Spa race track
Wanted to use the gym and had called the hotel directly to ask if they had a gym and they said yes. Unfortunately it was a bedroom with 4. Pieces of equipment. Hardly a gym !

Clean place with street views and excellent and excellent co-operating staff. Perfect service, outstanding food, overall a quiet atmosphere. Stunning location, truly beautiful area, close enough to the '' Entre terre, the city centre, and a nice lake and the ' Thermes of Spa.

Modern and clean room with big flatscreen tv (superior room), great breakfast and friendly staf. Hotel is very well situated, just 2 minutes away from the Spa center by car

Location is excellent, the hotel is surrounded by the woods. Restaurant is good but expensive. I think that 120 euros per day that we paid was reasonable value. Spa nearyb is excellent.
The lady receptionist was a bit slow and we had to wait for a while.

great hotel..i liked the location, spa facilities, breakfast buffet...staff was very friendly as they offered to change the room after my partner reported that shower head was not working in the bathroom

We had a very nice stay at the Hotel. The pool, sauna, jacuzzi was just perfect. Hotel was near city centre and easy to have a parking especially when going out for dinner at night. Small gym but there was no one there on all days we stay so not a problem.The super breakfast was just super with fresh products and a very nice personnel. All in all I will definitely go to this hotel again.

I really enjoyed my time here, especially the easy stroll to Lac de Warfaaz, just about 700 meters away, and the comfortable atmosphere of the nearby parc des Sept Heures, perfect for an afternoon walk. Both spots are ideal for someone like me who loves exploring the city on foot.

The swimming pool area was nice - quiet and green, with a great little terrace for sunbathing. The building is also lovely from the outside. The rooms are good. I booked a night in the hotel with one of Booked.net flash deals, and I was happy to find out that there weren't any hidden costs.
